The sketches on the various pages are there to provide you with an indication of how the mezzanine floor bays are designed and how they might be fitted together - for example, by purchasing a 4M x 4M INITIAL BAY c/w 4M x 4M DECKBEAM, MAIN BEAM and COMMON BAYS, you can build an 8M x 8M floor. Alternatively, should you want to produce a floor 12M x 3M, you can achieve this by buying a 3M X 3M INITIAL BAY and adding 3 no. 3M x 3M DECKBEAM EXTENSIONS, or alternatively you can buy a 4M x 3M INITIAL BAY and add 2no. 4M x 3M DECKBEAM EXTENSIONS -the choice is entirely yours!!

The EXAMPLE LAYOUTS page shows further examples of what can be achieved, but if in doubt please give us a call and we will be delighted to help you - remember that you can also ask us for a BESPOKE floor quote if the modular way is not suitable.

Finally, don't be put off by the Staircase and Brace positions indicated in the sketches - they can be located by you, in positions to suit your preferred layout without any modification!
